How we feel right now. To kill the rumor mill before it gets going here's the story. On Monday, The Bank informed us they were cancelling all their pending loans. We were just waiting on the appraisal to close. Crushed doesn't begin to describe it. So we put an offer on a new duplex in town and it was accepted. Closing is around May 7. The plan is to wait 2 more years and then build. It's sucks. But this gets us here year round and I can go back to teaching. So that's the story. Bad week. It’ll work out eventually.
